Undertake statutory assessments, care planning, and safeguarding duties in line with legislation such as the Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Build meaningful relationships with service users, promoting safety, wellbeing, and independence through person-centred practice.

Manage a diverse caseload while exercising professional judgment and maintaining high standards of record-keeping and compliance.
