Carry out statutory assessments, child protection investigations, and care planning under the Children Act 1989, ensuring timely, effective, and child-focused interventions.

Manage a diverse caseload involving children in need, those on child protection plans, and looked after children, using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Work collaboratively with children, parents, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to develop and implement multi-agency care plans.

Ensure that the voice of the child is at the heart of all practice, promoting their safety, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
