Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Conwy County Borough Council Area: North Wales Social Services Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract Length: Ongoing Job details: Occupational Therapist required. JD available on request. Skills/experience: experience of working with children with a learning disability, Autism, complex health needs, including particularly relevant to this case children who have life limiting conditions. Experience of carrying out assessment of need relating to adaptations within a Local Authority. An awareness of parameters of policy and guidance relating to DFG. There is no connection with Conwy County Borough Council (independent OT assessment). Not essential but a Welsh speaker would be preferable. Full time OT required to complete this one-off piece of work with a family, however if the OT has the necessary experience and skills required but unable to work full time, the service is also willing to consider those applications.
