Carry out statutory duties in accordance with relevant legislation (e.g. Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act), ensuring the safety, rights, and wellbeing of service users.

Manage a varied caseload using a strengths-based approach, supporting positive change and promoting independence through evidence-informed practice.

Work collaboratively in a multi-agency setting, liaising with professionals in health, education, housing, and the voluntary sector to provide joined-up care.
