Join Cheshire East Council’s Children’s Services as a Team Manager, leading and inspiring a team of social workers to deliver high-quality safeguarding and family support.

Provide effective operational and professional leadership, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, performance targets, and best practice standards.

Oversee complex casework, including child protection, court proceedings, and looked after children, ensuring timely and child-centred outcomes.

Promote a culture of reflective supervision, learning, and continuous improvement, supporting the development and wellbeing of staff across the team.

Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver integrated, multi-agency responses that improve the lives of children and their families.
