Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated Team Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred adult social care services.

Oversee the delivery of statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing.

Manage and support complex caseloads, promoting trauma-informed, strengths-based, and evidence-led practice.

Foster effective multi-agency collaboration with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners to provide coordinated care.

Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to support team members and enhance service delivery.
