Deliver statutory social work services for Cheshire East Council, supporting adults with care and support needs under the Care Act 2014.

Complete strengths-based assessments and reviews, focusing on promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal choice.

Manage a diverse caseload, including older adults, individuals with physical or learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs.

Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure effective risk management and protection planning.

Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in day-to-day practice, completing capacity assessments and participating in best interest decisions as required.

Maintain accurate records, contribute to multi-agency meetings, and engage in supervision and continuous professional development to uphold best practice.
