View JobCambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Adult service across inpatient and community settings. This role will focus on providing specialist physiotherapy, including Best Interest Assessments, for patients within acute and general medicine, supporting recovery and independence.

Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients and community patients

Conduct Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes within acute and general medicine settings
-
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Support patients and families with guidance, advice, and education to optimise outcomes
-
Contribute to service development initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff where required
