  • Position: Qualified Social Worker (QSW) – Peterborough City Council

  • Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of service users, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring effective interventions.

  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care to service users.

  • Lead safeguarding investigations and contribute to child protection and adult safeguarding reviews.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and ensure compliance with local and statutory regulations.

  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced social workers and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development, attending training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
