As an Occupational Therapist with Sirona Care & Health CIC, working with adults across community and acute settings, you will provide occupational therapy services to support independence and improve quality of life. Operating at Band 6, you will collaborate closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored, person-centred care.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community and acute settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on individual needs and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Deliver occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service
