Job Title: First Contact Practitioner MSK Physiotherapist – Band 6  (Part time)
Area:  Berkshire NHS
Salary:  £negotiable
Job Type: Locum
Contract length:  Ongoing                          
Job details:  MSK Physiotherapy Outpatients. To start asap for 3 months.  

  • No remote working,
  • Specialist knowledge – Musculoskeletal Speciality – First Contact Practitioner
  • Completed FCP roadmap/masters’ module or working towards
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to identify, exclude or manage acute, sub-acute and chronic red flags
  • Ability to manage a varied primary care caseload
  • Ability to be forthcoming when unsure, and seek guidance
  • Ability to manage patients using software provided (Including RIO / Smartcard / EMIS / outlook etc)

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week. Flexible – ideally Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
