View JobAs an Occupational Therapist with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults in inpatient acute and rehabilitation settings. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver tailored therapy programmes that promote independence and support recovery. At Band 7, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, including supervision of junior staff and contributing to service development.

Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in acute and rehabilitation inpatient services.

Plan, deliver and review individualised interventions to maximise independence and functional ability.

Work closely with patients, carers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and person-centred care.

Provide advice and guidance on discharge planning and equipment to support safe transitions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records in line with NHS and professional standards.

At Band 7, provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring, while contributing to service improvement initiatives.
