Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and supervise a team of children’s social workers, ensuring effective performance management and service delivery.

Oversee complex casework, providing guidance, support, and decision-making to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.

Ensure compliance with statutory duties, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislation.

Monitor workloads, allocate cases appropriately, and ensure timely progression of work.
