- Undertake Occupational Therapy assessments within Adult Social Care
- Work in a person-centred and strengths-based manner to promote independence
- Contribute to long-term support planning and intervention
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across health and social care
Working arrangements: Hybrid working.
Working hours: Full time – 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.30.
