Manage a caseload of varying complexity, undertaking timely assessments and delivering effective, outcome-focused interventions under the Children Act 1989.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families, ensuring the child’s voice informs all decisions and care planning processes.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and court proceedings, adhering to local and national practice standards.

Work collaboratively with professionals from education, health, police, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated and safeguarding-led approach.
