Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: South Ayrshire Council Health and Social Care Partnership Area: Southern Scotland Social Services Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: ongoing Job details: Experienced Occupational Therapist required who is trained in completing Moving and Handling Assessments. The role is within a local authority Community Occupational Therapy Team which specialises in aids and adaptations. The team also provide a Moving and Handling service of risk assessing complex M&H cases, providing equipment and completion of appropriate paperwork in line with legislation.
To start on a 3 monthly contract as per the framework with possible scope to extend. To start as soon as possible. It is a hybrid post so mostly working from home and visiting clients at home also, so a driving license is essential. There are office bases in Ayr and Troon. JD available on request.
