Assignment Info

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: Flexible (Please allow ~14 days for onboarding)

• Shift Schedule: 36 hours per week (Nights or Days depending on availability)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• OT Pay: After 40 hours

Pay Package (Weekly, 36 hrs Guaranteed)

• Weekly Gross: $2,120.00

• Taxable Income: $720.00 ($20.00/hr up to 36 hrs OR $30.00/hr up to 24 taxable hrs depending on hospital policy)

• Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,400.00 per week

• Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr

Job Duties

The Critical Care RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing complex patient conditions

• Administering medications and life-support interventions

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Supporting families and ensuring safe continuity of care

• May include charge duties, precepting, or participating in unit committees depending on experience

Requirements

• Active RN License (GA or Compact)

• Two (2) Years ICU/Critical Care Experience

• BLS & ACLS (AHA ONLY)

• Strong ventilator, hemodynamic, and critical care skills
