Job details: Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker required for 3 months. CYPMHS. To cover duty, undertake initial assessments and help in reducing waiting times and undertake clinical harm reviews of young people waiting to start treatment. Skills/experience: Must have CAMHS Experience, Assessment, Communication, IT systems, Risk assessment and management. The candidate will have experience working in CYPMHS, the duty team and to undertake risk assessments and devise safety plans. Bring cases to MDT for discussion and formulating a plan. Knowledge of RIO and the Kent CPMHS pathway. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00.
