Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with governance protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently.
• Support patients through their recovery, ensuring timely and effective care throughout their journey.

Location:

Edinburgh, South Scotland

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
