Assignment Info

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: Flexible (Please allow ~14 days for onboarding)

• Shift Schedule: Days (12-hour shifts)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• OT Pay: After 40 hours

Pay Package (Weekly, 36 hrs Guaranteed)

• Weekly Gross: $2,120.00

• Taxable Income: $720.00 (Approx. $20.00/hr taxable depending on facility payroll structure)

• Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,400.00 per week

• Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr

Job Duties

The Med Surg – Medical Stroke RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals recovering from stroke and acute medical conditions. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring neurological status and documenting changes

• Administering medications and IV therapies

• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams

• Educating patients and families on stroke recovery

• Supporting unit operations and maintaining high standards of safety and care

Requirements

• Active RN License (GA or Compact)

• Two (2) Years Recent Med Surg Experience

• Stroke/Neurology Experience Preferred

• BLS (AHA ONLY)
