Band 6 MIIU Healthcare Professional – Gloucestershire

Tripod Partners are seeking experienced Band 6 Minor Injury and Illness Unit (MIIU) Healthcare Professionals to work across Gloucestershire Health and Care. This role is ideal for skilled professionals looking to enhance their expertise in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced Manchester Triage assessments.
• Deliver comprehensive wound care and manage complex patient observations.
• Administer pain relief and oversee clinical interventions.
• Provide leadership within MIIU, ED, or Primary Care settings.

Position Details:

• Location: MIIUs across Gloucestershire Health and Care
• Work Pattern: Flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
• Rates:
• Day: £26.28 per hour
• Night/Saturday: £32.21 per hour
• Sunday/Bank Holiday: £40.15 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Current Manchester Triage training certification.
• Strong experience in wound care, managing observations, and administering pain relief.
• Significant experience in MIIUs, EDs, or Primary Care settings.
