Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Band 6 Area: London NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Orthopaedics. Occupational Therapist required for 3 months to cover vacancy. Experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist required to join the orthopaedic therapy team. Recent experience working with acute orthopaedic in-patients, including trauma, elective and general surgery. Also able to manage traumatic brain injuries with appropriate cognitive assessment and treatment planning. The post holder will require strong clinical assessment, manual handling and complex discharge planning skills and be able to provide informal support more junior staff. Essential criteria: HCPC registration and qualified OT status. Desirable criteria: NHS acute experience. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30. Code: U.015005.BE11671
