Role Overview
A motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist is required to join the Orthopaedic Wards at Broomfield Hospital. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred assessment and rehabilitation for inpatients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage your own caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions on the orthopaedic wards.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Participate in the rotation scheme and contribute to service development.
- Support and clinically supervise physiotherapy assistants where required.
About You
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Some experience within orthopaedics or acute inpatient settings is desirable.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
