Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering interventions tailored to individual needs.

Lead and oversee safeguarding investigations, ensuring the protection of vulnerable children and adults.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and housing services, to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements and council policies.

Provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior social workers and other team members.

Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and reflective practice, contributing to high-quality service delivery.
