  • Location: Hertfordshire, East of England

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering interventions tailored to individual needs.

    • Lead and oversee safeguarding investigations, ensuring the protection of vulnerable children and adults.

    • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and housing services, to ensure coordinated care.

    • Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements and council policies.

    • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior social workers and other team members.

    • Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and reflective practice, contributing to high-quality service delivery.
