Conducted comprehensive assessments and clinical diagnoses for patients with complex neurological and multi-pathology conditions.

Delivered evidence-based interventions in both home and ward environments, adapting care to individual patient needs.

Oversaw physiotherapy service delivery, supporting junior staff and contributing to service development and innovation.

Utilised strong clinical reasoning, time management, and leadership skills to manage a complex caseload effectively.

Maintained accurate electronic patient records and ensured safe community working with use of a car for home visits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. 22.5 hours per week.
