As an Occupational Therapist with HCRG Care Group, working in inpatient settings, you will provide occupational therapy services only to patients with neurological needs. Operating at Band 6, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored therapy that supports patient recovery and improves outcomes.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of patients in inpatient settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes for neurological care based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Deliver occupational therapy services only in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service quality and improvement initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
