As an Occupational Therapist with Hertfordshire County Council, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults in community settings. You will support independence through housing solutions, equipment provision and adaptations, working closely with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

  • Develop and implement personalised intervention plans, including equipment and adaptations to support independence.

  • Provide guidance and support regarding housing and environmental modifications.

  • Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and council standards.

  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives.
