Position: Unqualified Social Worker (Support Role) – Westminster City Council

Key Responsibilities:

Provide vital support to the social work team, assisting with case management and service delivery.

Help with assessments and care planning under the guidance of senior social workers.

Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with council policies and statutory requirements.

Engage with service users and families to ensure that care plans are implemented and monitored effectively.

Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, offering input where necessary.
