View JobAs a qualified and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment for inpatients and community patients within general medicine and rehabilitation settings. Working closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will support recovery, functional independence and improved quality of life.

Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients in inpatient and community settings.

Develop, implement and review evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and effective care.

Provide specialist advice and education to patients, carers and colleagues on rehabilitation and self-management.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with Trust and professional standards.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within physiotherapy services.
