Job details: Equipment and Adaptations Team. 2x experienced Occupational Therapists required with experience of working within adult social care. The role is a short term contract of 6 months with the Equipment and Adaptations Team. • If the person identified for review also has a package of care in place – the OT will review the Package of Care and liaise with neighbourhood teams following this review.
  • If the person is on the current EAAT waiting list for assessment – the OT will complete a full assessment and carryout any required recommendations following this assessment
  • If any moving and handling needs are identified, the OT will complete a full moving and handling assessment and make suitable recommendations and provide the person with a moving and handling plan.
