Job details: Experienced Speech and Language Therapist required to support the community team.

- Provide Speech and Language Therapy services within the community
- Manage a caseload including dysphagia and communication needs
- Deliver therapy through community clinics and home visits
- Work autonomously while contributing to the wider SALT community team
- Travel across the local area as required
- Provide part-time and/or weekend support to the SALT service as needed
Skills/experience: Dysphagia trained with strong communication and swallowing assessment skills. Community experience desirable.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 (part-time/weekend hours considered)
