Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct thorough and independent assessments to determine whether deprivation of liberty is in the best interests of individuals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on assessments, providing clear and concise documentation for decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for individuals.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, promoting best practices in the assessment and safeguarding of individuals’ rights.
