As a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will support patients with moving and handling and deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence and wellbeing.

Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised therapy programmes tailored to individual needs.

Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Support patients with moving and handling interventions and safe practice techniques.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development and ongoing quality improvement within the occupational therapy team.
