Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults within Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, based at East Surrey Hospital.

Provide care within acute inpatient services or in the community, supporting patients through the discharge to assess model.

Undertake comprehensive assessments at home or in hospital, contributing to safe discharge planning and continuity of care.

Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes using clinical reasoning and recognised outcome measures.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation.

Locum Band 6/7 role, requiring a minimum of two years’ postgraduate experience in acute or community occupational therapy
