Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions based on individual needs.

Lead safeguarding investigations and provide timely interventions to protect children and vulnerable adults.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and ensure coordinated support for service users.

Maintain accurate case records, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and local policies.

Provide supervision and support to less experienced social workers and contribute to team development.

Participate in ongoing professional development, including training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
