  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions based on individual needs.

  • Lead safeguarding investigations and provide timely interventions to protect children and vulnerable adults.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and ensure coordinated support for service users.

  • Maintain accurate case records, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and local policies.

  • Provide supervision and support to less experienced social workers and contribute to team development.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
