Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the Community Neurorehabilitation team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning for patients with neurological conditions.

Support disability management for patients with deteriorating neurological conditions.
-
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality community-based care.

Supervise and provide handover to Occupational Therapy Assistants where required.
Requirements:
-
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
-
Stroke or Neuro experience essential; community experience preferred but not essential.
-
Strong rehabilitation and clinical assessment skills.
-
Car owner/driver preferred.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (or similar), with a 30-minute break.
