Job details: Neurological Speech & Language Therapist required for the Community Stroke Team. Stroke or neurological experience essential, community experience preferable.
• The post holder will work closely with colleagues on the Acute Stroke Unit, with the opportunity to provide in-reach, as part of the Early Supported Discharge model.
• The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing specialist assessment and treatment to adults with acquired neurological communication and swallowing difficulties, as a result of stroke.
• The Team has a focus on fostering a self-management approach with service users and their families
