Registered Mental Health Nurse
Tripod Partners is seeking two experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses or Occupational Therapists to join the Oak Team at City AMHT, Warneford Hospital, Oxford. This role involves delivering high-quality mental health care to adults and older adults with severe mental illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred mental health care in a community setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver psychosocial interventions.
- Collaborate with primary and secondary mental health services to ensure integrated care.
- Ensure safeguarding protocols and MCA & valid consent processes are followed.
Position Details:
- Location: Warneford Hospital, Oxford
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Rates: £26.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Duration: Until 7th April 2025
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist with current professional registration.
- Community experience in mental health services for adults and older adults with severe mental illnesses.
- Understanding of person-centred care and its application.
- Knowledge of psychosocial interventions and their appropriate use.
- Understanding of safeguarding adults.
- Desirable:
- Postgraduate education related to mental health.
- Experience working in primary and secondary mental health services.
