This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy for adults across acute and general medical settings, supporting recovery, independence, and functional outcomes within a multidisciplinary environment.

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adult patients in inpatient and community settings.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

Support patients in regaining mobility, functional independence, and safe discharge planning.

Provide guidance and support to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.

Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance standards of clinical practice.
