Job Details:
- Occupational Therapy Lead required to provide leadership across Community OT teams.
- Lead locality-based teams supporting adults to maximise independence, safety and wellbeing.
- Provide day-to-day operational management, professional leadership and service stability during transformation.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy practice.
- Oversee triage processes, workflow management and service performance.
- Implement effective supervision structures and support staff development in line with OT Practice Review recommendations.
- Drive service improvement and contribute to wider redesign and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with health partners, particularly Wye Valley Trust therapy services, to ensure integrated pathways.
- Support seamless transitions between hospital, community and reablement services.
Skills / Experience:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration (essential).
- Significant experience within adult social care and community occupational therapy.
- Experience in team management, leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, workflow management and performance oversight.
- Experience leading service improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent partnership working skills across health and social care systems.
- Strong communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
