View JobAs a Physiotherapist at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide expert assessment and treatment to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients’ rehabilitation and recovery to improve their mobility, function, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.

Deliver interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy to aid recovery and pain management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatments as necessary to achieve therapy goals.

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service improvements during the contract period.
