Occupational Therapy Assistant (Locum)
Location: Enfield Council

Role Overview
An experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) is required to support the OTA TECH Project within Enfield Council. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to an OTA confident working face-to-face within Adult Social Care services.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the OTA TECH Project.
- Undertake delegated tasks in line with project objectives and service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and wider service colleagues.
- Engage effectively with service users in a face-to-face setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with council procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Experience within Adult Social Care desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work reliably and professionally within a project-based role.
Interview Process
- Face-to-face short interview.
- Ideally willing to complete a half day or full day on the project prior to committing.
