Job details: To start asap. Locum required with experience in working clinically with service users experiencing a range of mental health problems, who is able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, has experience in assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care needs and pathways for people with complex mental health issues in the community.
The post holder will also be required to have experience and knowledge of risk assessment and management, the ability to explore issues relating to the impact of health and social needs in mental health and well-being
Will be expected to manage a caseload of service user’s with a range of mental health problems. Work is completed both at base and in the community, so car driver is essential
Working hours: Full time or Part time. Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00, but will accept less days for suitable person
