The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding children, conducting thorough assessments, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children involved in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform detailed assessments of children’s needs, risks, and strengths to develop effective care plans.
  • Prepare Court Reports: Compile and present detailed reports for court proceedings, ensuring all information is accurate and evidence-based.
  • Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and law enforcement, to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare.
  • Provide Support and Advocacy: Offer guidance and support to children and their families, advocating for their needs and ensuring access to necessary services.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all assessments, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Stay Informed on Best Practices: Continuously update knowledge on child welfare policies, procedures, and best practices to provide the highest standard of care.
