Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload, completing assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of timely and appropriate interventions.

Lead safeguarding investigations and contribute to child protection and adult safeguarding processes.

Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.

Ensure accurate and comprehensive case documentation, maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, offering supervision and advice when necessary.

Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
