  • Position: Qualified Social Worker (QSW) – Bristol City Council

  • Location: Bristol, South West England

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload, completing assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of timely and appropriate interventions.

    • Lead safeguarding investigations and contribute to child protection and adult safeguarding processes.

    • Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.

    • Ensure accurate and comprehensive case documentation, maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, offering supervision and advice when necessary.

    • Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
