Support and mentor junior colleagues and newly qualified social workers, contributing to a learning-focused, reflective team environment.

Undertake detailed assessments under the Children Act 1989, developing clear, outcome-focused care plans that prioritise the voice and safety of the child.

Prepare and present high-quality, evidence-based reports for legal proceedings, child protection conferences, and statutory reviews.

Collaborate effectively with multi-agency professionals to ensure a coordinated safeguarding response and holistic family support.
