We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Proceedings Social Worker to manage complex cases involved in care proceedings. The role requires expertise in legal processes and child protection, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable children.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage care proceedings cases: Lead assessments, evidence gathering, and planning for children subject to care proceedings.

  • Prepare court reports: Produce clear, timely, and legally compliant reports to support court decision-making.

  • Work collaboratively: Liaise with legal teams, guardians, and multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated, child-focused interventions.

  • Advocate for children’s welfare: Ensure the child’s voice and best interests are central throughout the legal process.
