Key Responsibilities:

Support the Team Manager in daily operational leadership, ensuring effective case management, supervision, and workload allocation.

Provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases, supporting sound decision-making and safeguarding processes.

Assist in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and service development, helping maintain high standards across the team.

Promote effective multi-agency working, ensuring services are well-coordinated and meet statutory and local priorities.
