We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Looked After Children Social Worker to join our team, working directly with children and young people in care and their carers to promote stability, well-being, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review care plans: Develop, implement, and monitor child-centred care plans in partnership with children, carers, and multi-agency professionals.

Support placement stability: Work closely with foster carers, residential units, and other providers to promote safe and stable placements.

Advocate for children’s needs: Ensure the voice of the child is heard in all decision-making, including at reviews and legal processes.

Collaborate with partners: Liaise with education, health, and other relevant agencies to coordinate holistic care and support for looked after children.
