Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of adult patients in community settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Carry out best interest assessments as required.

Support patients with mental health needs and housing interventions.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
